EXCHANGE REFUND POLICY

We recommend that you first try your new garment(s) on carefully to ensure the correct fit. Please do so over your undergarments. Due to the intimate nature of the product, Brazilian Seduction is unable to exchange or refund garments that have been worn or washed. Please bear in mind that perfume and cosmetic product marks render a garment worn and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you need to return an item to Brazilian Seduction, please do so within 14 days of receiving the garment. Only garments with a production fault will be exchanged or refunded beyond this period, within three months of the original purchase date.

If you’ve changed your mind about a style and want to exchange it, we understand. Please exchange your garment within 14 days of receiving your initial order. Please ensure the garment is in its original condition as described below:

• Unworn
• Unsoiled
• Intact, with tags attached
• Preferably inside the original carton which it was sent to you to ensure the product is protected during transit.
• Unfortunately we will be unable to accept the return if the product is damaged.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion.

Please note: if you choose to send your items back to us, your original delivery fee is non refundable

CARING FOR YOUR LINGERIE

Proper care is essential for prolonging the life and ensuring you get the most comfort. Always read the care labels and use a lingerie wash bag where you can. This will protect them from damage while in the machine. Never spray anything scented on your underwear as this can cause mega discomfort.

Replace your undies regularly. Rotating your underwear regularly and following care guidelines means you extend the life and comfort of your garments. Use your own judgement when it comes to restocking. If they’re looking tired, your outerwear won’t look good.

Elastic is destroyed by high heat. Never tumble dry underwear. That’s a lingerie no-no!

Also, don’t wash over 30 degrees.

THE BRAZILIAN CUT PANTY

This popular underwear name refers to how the back of the panty looks, while the front can be any style. The most common way to describe a Brazilian panty is that it is wider in the back than a thong, but much less coverage than a regular bikini cut.

Most women love Brazilian style panties because they look so sexy.
