Exchange & Refund Policy

We recommend that you first try your new garment(s) on carefully to ensure the correct fit. Please do so over your undergarments. Due to the intimate nature of the product, Brazilian Seduction is unable to exchange or refund garments that have been worn or washed. Please bear in mind that perfume and cosmetic product marks render a garment worn and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you need to return an item to Brazilian Seduction, please do so within 14 days of receiving the garment. Only garments with a production fault will be exchanged or refunded beyond this period, within three months of the original purchase date.

If you’ve changed your mind about a style and want to exchange it, we understand. Please exchange your garment within 14 days of receiving your initial order. Please ensure the garment is in its original condition as described below:

  • Unworn
  • Unsoiled
  • Intact, with tags attached
  • Preferably inside the original carton which it was sent to you to ensure the product is protected during transit.
  • Unfortunately we will be unable to accept the return if the product is damaged.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion.

Please note: if you choose to send your items back to us, your original delivery fee is non refundable
